Paraffin wax is a by-product of oil refineries. When liquid wax is transferred to a square iron tray, it passes through a seven layer, 750 meter long chain and is cooled to solid wax after coming out of the cold chamber. Due to the long chain, the equipment will be used for a long time, and the two chains on both sides will not be synchronized, causing a chuck phenomenon, which has become a major problem for oil refineries. Our company uses 14 tension and pressure sensors installed at both ends of a seven layer chain. By measuring the tension of each layer of the chain, we determine whether the two ends of the chain are synchronized. We set warning and alarm values on the monitoring instrument. Whenever the two sides are not synchronized to a certain extent, the instrument will sound an alarm, thus solving the problem in its infancy.
This monitor integrates sensor technology and electronic technology, effectively solving the chuck problem in the production process of paraffin forming machines and receiving high praise from users. It is widely used in more than 40 paraffin production lines of more than ten units, including Fushun Petroleum Plant 1, Fushun Petroleum Plant 2, Daqing Refinery, Shanghai Gaoqiao Refinery, Jiangsu Taizhou Refinery, Guangdong Maoming Refinery, Dalian Petrochemical Refinery, Jinxi Petrochemical Plant, Nanyang Refinery, Yumen Refinery, etc.
